a summer in the village
Bellissimo designed the new logo and visual identity of Gru Village, the music festival organized every summer in the external area of the shopping mall Le Gru.
The restyling aimed at giving impetus and contemporaneity to the image of the festival, which grew to become one of the biggest summer events in Italy.
Vital and youthful, the logo retains the green color that distinguished its past identity and that today is the result of two crossed spotlights.
The visual pattern arising from the crossed beams easily adapts to the different communication formats, always allowing to dynamically match pictures and images.
The new image of the Gru Village is a further step into the visual transformation of the Corio Group's shopping center, entrusted to our studio in January 2013.
Le Gru also committed the festival's advertising campaign to Bellissimo.
In the months preceding the Gru Village Festival, the studio produced a variety of promotional material for newspapers, public advertising and social media, taking care of the copywriting and art direction.
A work of continuous cooperation, which accompanied the announcement of the special guests during the spring and summer of 2013, addressing a wide and transversal audience.
In addition to the posters for Turin and Piedmont, the studio produced the interior fittings for the mall, where totems and flags adorned the common spaces with the graphics sponsoring the festival.
Bellissimo also produced the festival program’s booklet, distributed in 200,000 copies throughout the region, and conceived the graphic design and the texts that presented the festival, the artists and the various services of Le Gru.
